Terms of use

The service

Arambol Bazaar lists activities and local services. Guests contact vendors directly by phone or WhatsApp. The directory does not process payments, issue tickets, or guarantee that a listing is accurate on the day you arrive.

Vendors

You may submit a business only for a trade you actually offer. Food businesses should provide an FSSAI registration or licence number. Other regulated trades should provide the licence they hold. Listings stay hidden until a moderator approves them. Approval can be withdrawn.

You are responsible for your prices, your schedule, your safety, and your compliance with Goa and Indian law. A badge on the page repeats the number you filed. It is not a government endorsement.

Guests and reviews

Reviews require an account. One review per person per listing. Write about an experience you had. Do not post someone else’s phone number, a threat, or an advertisement. Vendors cannot review their own listings. We may remove a review that breaks these terms.

Accounts

Phone sign-in uses a one-time code. Google sign-in uses Google’s account. You are responsible for the device you sign in on. Demo mode, when Supabase is not connected, is for local preview and is not an authentication system you should expose to the public.

Liability

The directory is provided as a noticeboard. To the extent Indian law allows, the operator is not liable for a vendor’s act, a cancelled class, an injury, or a loss that follows from using a listing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top will move with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
