The desk
A lane, written down.
Arambol Bazaar is a directory for the villages north of the Chapora, starting at Arambol and walking south as far as the page stays useful.
The useful things here already exist. They live in a kitchen two lanes back from the beach, on a cliff at 7am, in a shed behind the bakery, and under a banyan on Thursday. They do not live in one place a guest can search on a phone with sand on it.
This site is that place. Cooking classes, yoga, surfing, kirtan, tiffin rounds, guitar repair, ordinary local help, and events with a date. You read the price, the day, and the FSSAI or licence number the vendor put on file. Then you WhatsApp or call them.
What the desk does
A person checks new businesses and new listings before they go public. Food vendors are asked for an FSSAI number. Other trades can file a shop, tourism, or similar licence. The badge means the number was submitted and a moderator approved the page. It is not a live lookup on a government register.
What the desk does not do
It does not take payment, hold a booking, or stand between you and the vendor if a class is cancelled. Reviews are from signed-in guests, one per listing, and vendors cannot review themselves.
The map pin is the centre of the village unless a listing has been placed more carefully. Treat it as a meeting hint, then use the landmark in the address.
